1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScrollAfter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ScrollAfter is a productivity app that helps you focus by temporarily blocking access to selected apps on your device until you complete a task. The app uses AI to verify task completion through photo comparison.

3. Account Registration

To use ScrollAfter, you may need to create an account using Apple Sign In or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Free Trial and Sign-Up

• ScrollAfter offers a 5-day free trial for new users
• After the trial, continued use requires sign-up

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the task verification system
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service

6. Screen Time and App Blocking

ScrollAfter uses Apple's Screen Time API to block apps. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• App blocking is voluntary and can be disabled in your device settings
• We are not responsible for any consequences of blocked app access
• The blocking feature requires your explicit permission

7. AI Task Verification

Our AI verification system analyzes photos to determine task completion. You acknowledge that:

• AI verification may not be 100% accurate
• Photos are processed for verification purposes only
• You should not upload photos containing sensitive personal information

8. Intellectual Property

ScrollAfter and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScrollAfter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
